Background

Rob has spent most of his working career in Information & Technology. He achieved his Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering specializing in mobile communication technologies and moved to the USA to work for AT&T Bell Labs. There he invented and patented a communication protocol that was adopted into the 3rd generation cellular communication standards worldwide. After returning to NZ, Rob jointly founded Wellnomics Ltd. which has grown to 25 staff and has over 1 million users of its products worldwide with many fortune 500 companies amongst its clients.

Rob oversees the technology at TravelGoals and like other team members uses his own extensive travel experience to add valuable insight to the site application. Rob believes that with consistent effort and dedication anything can be achieved.
